A USAssist Polyclinic Funding & Management Initiative
Play your part in helping us raise $640K to establish our first USA-based medical clinic and create healthcare funding initiatives for our U.S. communities and for developing countries that need it the most.
An iconic medical clinic in Arlington, Virginia (USA) is facing imminent closure unless we take action. Retiring owner and award-winning Ob-Gyn, Dr. Tchabo, has dedicated his career to making a difference both locally and worldwide. For half a century, Dr. Tchabo has been revered as one of the nation’s most reputable practicing Ob-Gyn physicians and distinguished professors. He has delivered thousands of children in the United States and around the world, many of whom were inspired to follow in Dr. Tchabo’s footsteps on the same medical career path. He has nurtured hundreds of students on the path to academic prosperity and professional leadership. However, now that Dr. Tchabo is retiring. We would like to continue his legacy of serving the global community.
A Legacy We CelebrateWe wish to usher in the next chapter of Dr. Tchabo’s inspiring story, by continuing to serve our North American and African communities.
And that’s where you come in.
The centrally located clinic has already been donated to us, along with all equipment, staff, and the facility’s well-established clinical network and reputation. However, aspiring medical students, health industry professionals, and underprivileged communities are counting on the clinic’s doors remaining open. If we wish to accept this donation, we need enough capital to keep it operational.
We estimate a requirement of $1,600,000 to acquire the existing 8-room Polyclinic and support its operations during the one-year transitional phase. During this time, the revenue generated is projected to cover 60% of this capital goal.
For the first year, the practice will continue to serve as a state-of-the-art Ob-Gyn center while we remodel or relocate and rebrand the facility into a multi-specialty service center, for which we require the remaining 40% (around $640,000).
With enough funding, we can convert this iconic specialty medical facility into a primary care clinic that serves local U.S. patients in need while promoting critical healthcare funding initiatives across continental Africa and beyond. All while Dr. Tchabo's legacy thriving for another half-century and beyond.
